          Peekaboo

How's everyone? Well, I've turned my attention away from tinnies for the time being. I'm awash in them, and will only pick up the rarities for now. I'll post them as I come across them.

(John: Nice early-style eagle on that '35 tinnie. Nice!)

Hans, John, and Ralph nice ones. Here is one I have that I think has yet to be posted. I've only been completely thru this great thread once so it might be in the 90 pages of postings. This is a plain Jane but early and I think not too common. Have a nice week-end and to our American members "Happy Labor Day" Robert

I can't get search to work on the this forum, so this type may already have been posted ... I really like these porcelain badges for events in Gau Bayerische Ostmark. Not only because they're neat, but because when I lived in Germany I lived in what would have been the Bayerische Ostmark (the eastern part of Bavaria; now the "Oberpfalz").

The image is the Richard Wagner Festspielhaus (playhouse) in Bayreuth; the seat of Gau Bayerische Ostmark.

Been trying to get a better photo of the makers mark, but this is it. The L.H.S. company in Selb was evidently a pretty large porcelain manufacturer in the '30s.
