Ski Tinnies - Identification?

Hello All,

Looking to trim some of my collection and wanted to identify the 3rd Tinnie in this picture. Not sure if it is just a modified fantasy piece using a ski pin from an Austrian resort, or if it something more "official". If it was U.S., I'd likely associate it with 10th Mountain Division...

Any opinions are appreciated.

Probably biathlete participation, i don't know from when. 1930's-1950's?
