    A political pin?

    I don't know if this is a political pin and I didn't see another in this forum. Perhaps someone recognizes it. The lettering is "Hochland=Lager 1935 Lenggries." It is about 1.25 inches in diameter.

      Thank you, Don. Here is the back of the pin. It came from the nazi party building in Landsburg in spring 1945, as far as my dad can recollect. -d.

              The Hochland Lager was a HJ camp in the Bavarian mountains, and there were tinnies of various designs, some enameled, some not, produced as souvenirs for the kids who went there for different years. It's also possible that the tinnies were sold prior to the camp taking place to help raise funds to subsidize those HJ members who could not afford the trip.
