Hitler Youth Diamond Badge....genuine or not?

Hi,
Can anyone please tell me if this HJ Badge is genuine or not? On the back it looks OK with the inscription GES and GESCH but the quality of the front is not so good. The high magnification of the photo makes it look worse than it is, but it is noticeable.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated,
