    Group - 188 Hamburg-NordNordmark/ Nord

    Good day folks
    Here is an interesting HJ grouping. Not my area of interest so not a keeper for me but I bought it anyway.

    188 Hamburg-NordNordmark/ Nord.

    Not sure if it is a sports shirt or sleeve badge. Very nice Koln Marschiert (marches) in 1933 badge in excellent condition and dagger marked M7/51/41 made by Anton Wingen. Belt buckle is pressed steel without any maker's marks and is in lovely condition/ The belt is marked.

      The belt seems RAD too me, due to the 10.39 indication.
      If it is a brown belt, it is not HJ in no way and someone
      did add it simply to the later type of buckle!

      188 = Hamburg-Nord, which since April 1937 was located
      in the Nord Hamburg district and not Nord Nordmark.
      Nice to see the red cord for Kriegsfreiwillige der HJ, a later
      wartime (1944) decoration.

        I think you are correct about the belt. It is very brown on the inside and polished black on the outside. It is what it is.
