    Deutsches Rotes Kreuz 2Nd Cross

    Hi guys.

I bought this "Deutsches Rotes Kreuz" as a replica at the price of a replica, but when it came to my hands it surprised me ... I see it too perfect.

It seems to have a mark that does not read well where the red circle is.
I do not like the profile of the cross where they appear what look like filings but the rest of the cross is of great quality

This is not my field and I have never had one of these ... what do you think?

I have looked at what I thought I marked with a digital microscope and it is not a mark ... they are remains of scratches

        I suppose it's a reproduction ... of good quality but a copy

It‘s actually a Souval made cross using S&L supplied hardware. Made in the 1960’s in good quality. I have „a few“ of the Red Cross series in my collection as well. Souval offered the entire lineup of Red Cross awards - everything from DRK/Volkspflege medals, crosses, sister’s crosses, neck crosses to the brest star with sash up to the Diamond (studded with 115 white sapphires) special class

                Regards,
                Alex
