          It suggests a coat of arms, but I'm afraid I'm at a loss with this piece. I do like the design, though! And the ribbon colors aren't helping me...

            Because of the horse, how about East Hanover, for 50 years for something or other, ending in 1926?

                Stylistically, parts of this badge (especially the Unicorn) remind me of post war design. I wonder if it should be `26 plus the 50th. anniversary i.e. 1976.
