      What I can say -

      It's .800 marked, and purporting to be Silver, but at the same time, it's got "bubbling" on it, similar-looking to zinc pest; it's cast construction, and sloppily silver plated. The pinplate is typically seen on fake enamelled badges.

      It wouldn't get a home in my collection.
