    Unknown Stickpin

    Hey Guys - I really don't know which subforum to post this in...

    But, does anyone have any idea what this stickpin is? It came with some items belonging to a panzercrewman - I wondered if it could be some kind of unit insignia. It also, however, reminds me of some kind of Catholic symbolism (seems like something from when I was a kid at church) and may not be military at all. Any ideas? I'll start with this forum and then try another...

    To me it looks like at bottom it might be 'Alpha & Omega'. The Beginning and the End...

    Not sure what that all is at the top but you might be leaning in the right direction - religious something or other.........

        Gentlemen - Thank you both for responding.

        This is certainly very interesting, especially as this came with items from a panzercrewman who was taken prisoner in North Africa and spent the rest of the war in America. He certainly appears to have tired of war.
