Agree with both gents. Like the 29 RPT badge, the SA Treffen badge is undervalued IMO considering both were official honor badges of the party.

As a question, did they ever make a non-portable version of this 1931 version, seeing that a non-portable "super-sized" plaque for 1929 was made?

In your opinion, wich is the "normal" level of price for a badge in this condition ?

I agree: this '31 Braunschweig SA badge looks fine to me.

Mil: I've never seen "a non-portable version of this 1931 version," but the 1929 non-portable medallion -- like all of the RPT medallions from 1933 onward -- was created as a cased souvenir by the NSDAP itself, where the 1931 Braunschweig badge was produced by the SA for it's event. And the cased RPT medallions in the later 1930s were also used as awards for the various competitions that were held in tandem with the NSDAP Congress of each year.

For a clean example like this I'd expect a price range of $150-185.00. The hollow versions sell for more, but for a solid piece, this appears to be in very nice condition.
