Yes, I've noticed that, making it look like the letters are "Hc" rather than "Ho".
Since it seems to have been done that way on plaques that are regarded as originals, I suppose that it was either a die flaw or a decision by the manufacturer to make the name "stylized" in a sense?
Curious.
From all of the 29 plaques that I have held I think it's a unique die flaw. I stil think the badge is original just in rough condition.
