German Capacitor

Here's an "odd duck" I thought I'd share with you.
It's a 4 ohm capacitor. Anyone know where it might have been used?
Radio?

By the national emblem with the concentric circles around it, looks like it came from a "Volksempfanger" (People's radio receiver).
