Hi Andy.

I go along with James' opinion on this one. I'd like to add a minor reflection though.
Extensive discussions on these post-45 pins are scarce, consequently it's hard to find referrences for consensus. If this had been a pre-45 pin, I don't believe approval had been rendered so easily, given the appearence of this specific pin.
"This one wouldn't be worth faking" would probably be one argument. But the poor features and the quite different design compared with the one enclosed by me, should at least be worth some consideration.

it is definitely post WW II.

Awarded between 1952 and 2006.

DSB = Deutscher Sportbund, since 2007 DOSB = Deutscher Olympischer Sportbund
