DRA Sports badge - Silver - opinions?

I have this on a 5 day evaluation from a dealer. Please help me determine if it's OK. I can see nothing wrong, but then I am often wrong on badges.
    Thanks!!

Looks fine. The earliest pieces by Marcus 1913/14 bore no trademark number at all. Wernstein's 1919+ pieces bore this number as the DRA design trademark. This is a licensed piece made by Lauer, more circa 1930+ than 1920.
