NSDAP RZM and Ges Gesch party badge

Does anyone have a rough idea as to how rare RZM and Ges Gesch marked nsdap badges are?

Normally a red flag to have both on one badge, but there are exceptions and I like this one. As for rarity, you don't see them everyday but not a holy grail either.

I collect party badges and never sold one.
As of recently they are getting very popular and prices have shot up.However the value about 5 years ago would have been £48.
Originals now can command over £100 i guess.I have Sean some of the scarcer makers over that in good condition.

I agree, i would pay between $90-125 US for one of these in good condition. I would price yours at around $100 USD. Depending on what that goo is under the attachment on the reverse. If it's glue, a little lower as it would be a sign of re-attachment. Looks like the right attachment at least.

The pin is not original to this badge.

How can you be so sure when there's no maker info? Every sort of pin assembly under the sun were used on party badges. I ask, not to contradict your statement, but to understand why you're so sure. When it comes to early transitional partieabzeichen, I would be hesitant to make any definitive statements. The wild wild west comes to mind.

I think this whole badge is not original if it has just RZM and GG marks with no number. The attachment is definitely repaired. Not good as i see

Regarding originality, I did end up contacting Jo Rivett. If he said it's good, than I also believe it to be good. The pin attachment is similar to the ones that were on the other two badges he had. This one may have at one point been reattached. I just never saw another for sale anywhere.

Good badge with period attachment . Not often seen Transitional with both Ges Gesch and RZM markings . Is that glue under the attachment plate ? Regardless , you just don't see these that often .... you see the fakes but not originals . Nice find ! Thanks for showing .

OK. Agree. ''exceptions to the rule.''

I was fairly sure it was correct but I try to never stick my foot in my mouth when someone else is positive. The days of those early transitional badges really were the wild wild west. Half the people making them were doing so illegally and the other half were struggling to get with the ever changing program.

Original one. The pin plate is also original and it belongs to this badge originaly. Repaired.

Rare example. But have one. Tween of the badge of TS
