Unknown enamel badge - Belgian?

Had this enamel badge in my collection for a while.
Any ideas out there what it is?
Might be a belgian badge as the maker seems to be from Antwerp.

I'm surprised that no one has bothered to answer you yet, just goes to show how reluctant people are to share their knowledge here now.

It is a civil lapel badge for members of the Belgian/Flemish SS.
