Anyone out there have a clue what this is for?? maker marked on the back but it is hard to make out looks like-Bonner over fahnen--brik..enamel on the front is nice (red looks like party pin enamel) with a tank in front of a Rook (castle on a chess board). Could this be a panzer unit stickpin? Just wondering! Mike

Interesting pin, in that it has the old style wide spaced knurling on the pin used in the 30's and 40's, yet the armored vehicle has none of the squared of characteristics of most WW2 German equipment and looks like a panzer from the post war period. If you ever consider getting rid of it let me know.
