German Red Cross badge question..

Hello to all. I received this today and found the same badge in Heering-Hüsken's book number 5601bf. Does anyone know the age of this badge. Thier book covers pins and such between 1871-1945. Is this a WWII badge or earlier? Thanks in advance! Mike
