It's first time when I see NSDAP pin with RZM code and numer but without M1/...
Political badges are not my main theme

Simply put , it was the " transition " time between early badges unmarked or ges gesch marked to early numbered maker marks then to the RZM M1 / ??? markings most people are familiar with.
Transition maker marked 13 ( Christian Lauer ) with RZM mark but no M1 prefix . Therefore an early badge dating 1933 - 35 , pre M1 prefix. This is just a base explanation as there were other variables involved in regards to use of left over materials / marking font / time frame etc.
