Gausieger and Reichssieger fakes ?

Hi guys, found these and believe them to be fakes ? Don't like the look of the pins and the general look of them.. but I could be wrong, all help appreciated...

Not just fakes but bad fakes and no where close to the quality of the originals. Back in the early 2000's there were some very high quality fakes that came out that still fool people to this day but can still be differentiated from originals if you know what to look for.
