Enamel party pins for scrutiny- m1/14, m1/29 (looks fake),m1/101 and Austrian pin?

Hello everyone this is my first thread! I have been using this site for quite a few years for reference and enjoy the huge resource of information available here. It was time to join! Apologies if this is the wrong place for this thread, if so help guide me to the right place. I was hoping I could please get your input on these enamel pins? I am skeptical of the Austrian pin and the M1/29 pin.....maybe I am wrong and they are all bad Your help is greatly appreciated! Apologies for the poor pictures (hoping the links work).

Thank you very much for your input and knowledge Okkultist, it is much appreciated. For my continued learning is it the "B" on the back of the OST pin, and the sloppy solder/ strange M on the M1/129 pin the giveaways?

Yep ! The "B" on the back of the Ost badge equals reproduction crap . Also , the badge is just not right when compared to originals ( enamel , font detail etc.) Sounds a bit vague but you will notice it once you have an original. If your learning about badges and considering collecting them , best get a copy of The Party Badge by Jo Rivett . Read it before you go buying ! Good luck !

Thanks for the additional information Jimmy. I need to order that book for sure as it is looks much, much more detailed than Mike's "NSDAP Enamel" (the pictures in it are great quality though). This forum has so much great information and knowledgeable members! Thanks for taking the time for a "noob"!
