    1931 SA Treffen

    Hello All,
considering picking up this SA Tinnie. 2nd Pattern. Looks like a 1st pattern, wasnt sure of the difference. I thought the details looked good, but opinions are appreciated. Thank you.

First pattern is round, second oval.

Please post better pictures. But appears to have good detail.

I agree with Andreas -- better photos would be helpful and I also like this piece.

The matter of what constitutes '31 SA Treffen "First Pattern" and "Second Pattern" is still a gray area, IMO. I believe that both the round and the oval hollow-backed designs were available at the massive Brunswick SA Rally in 1931, and that other versions of the oval design were created once this event received the classification of an Honor Badge in the later 1930s -- both a hollow-backed version with an RZM logo and manufacturer's license code and a solid version, also with RZM logo and maker's code, are from that period. Others of my colleagues here have differing beliefs on this subject...

          thank you for the input

The pictures are the only ones that were available unfortunately. The pic of the back can't be enlarged. Thank you for the input though. It is greatly appreciated as always
