Looks like a good one to me as to value about $40, these also come in a pin back version.

The cloth is black. I think it must be brown!
I have similar badge with brown cloth. I'll post pics later.
Black cloth - maybe for NSKK?

I agree--these began showing up on the market about 2 years ago and are reproduction tinnies with cloth backings.
