It's from the DLV but as far as I know it has not been determined which event or date because nothing is written on it. In the Tieste catalogue it is listed as DLV 00-13.

Here is mine. Don't dismiss it because it is blank and not particularly nice looking. DLV pieces (flight related in general) usually fetch a good price. This one listed at 65 Euros in Tieste.
