I found out that the Eagle is from Serbia probably.

It's the badge of the "Russian Fascist Party" formed in Manchuria 1931 & led by Konstantin V. Rodzaevsky. They were fairly short lived as in 1934 they merged with the "All Russian Fascist Organisation" to become the "Russian Fascist Union" However there is some evidence to suggest that that they may have used the same badge.

I cannot comment on the authenticity of the piece.
