    It is a meeting tinnie of German officials (civil service). The lines translated are "First German, then Officials, loyalty rally of the National Socialistic German officials, detachment Gau Essen, 27 Sept. 1933". It is a nice heavy, early tinnie for this organization, somewhat scarce but not overly rare. Value about $40-$50
