Hallo Uwe, ist Österreich - Deutscher Turnerbund ( DTB ) Mitgliedsabzeichen
Your Abzeichen is an Austrian German Gymnastic league Membership Badge...........there exists 2 examples of this Particular Badge, one where the Year is present and one where the Year is absent.

... and the four "F" on the wheel are standing for: "Frisch, fromm, fröhlich, frei"

        Kind regards, Peter

              Very interesting.
Your version seems a flat profile, my badge is convex.

Hello Peter, I assume that "Frisch, fromm, fröhlich, frei" in English translates to "Fresh, Pious, Cheerful, Free"

Hello Uwe, yes you are correct and even better news is that the Badge was produced for a Hitler Youth Event, hence is a very desirable Badge.

Perfect examples. A specimen is the same as mine.
Your example of the right looks a lot like this pin which I have (I do not know what that is).

                              Uwe,

                              Per your last post:

WIKI: The Fatherland Front (German: Vaterländische Front, VF) was the ruling political organisation of "Austrofascism". It claimed to be a nonpartisan movement, and aimed to unite all the people of Austria, overcoming political and social divisions. Established on 20 May 1933 by Christian Social Chancellor Engelbert Dollfuss as a one-party along the lines of Italian Fascism, it advocated Austrian nationalism and independence from Nazi Germany on the basis of protecting Austria's Catholic religious identity from what they considered a Protestant-dominated German state.
