Hi Klaus,

It's not good, these have never been made or awarded. The code on the reverse is also absolute nonsense.

There's several topics on these on the forum. I did for the past decade a lot of research on this badge for my book and think i have every letter ever written on these awards copied from the original paperwork from the Dutch national archives and can as suh prove why they were never made (withdrawn). Several information has been stolen since from the archives, but glady so i have those copies on file in my personal archives. If you want more information drop me a pm.
