Big iron cast head, help please

Hello, a friend of me has got a iron 'head' that was in a lot sale.
Don't know if this is the correct place for it on the forum? If not, i'm sorry for posting it in the wrong place.
But can anyone help us out by finding out who this is?
Did little bit research, hard to find becausse we don't know where to look accectly...
