Need Help Id'ing Some Tinnies Please

    Hello all,

A friend came into a small box of tinnies and such. They haven't changed hands yet but they will. I have been able to value and ID most of them but have gotten stumped on a couple. I wonder if you all might be able to help.

With regards to value we are just interested in making a fair offer to the present owner.

    Thanks in advance.

    Cheers,
    Greg

                      Greg,
IMO that is a fine group of un-common tinnies. (I like number 2 the best) As to what you should offer, I will leave that to the more refined tinnie collectors among us. I myself have just under 100 of them and have yet to pay over $50 US. That being said, as I accumulate more now I start to leave the common tinnie and get into the more rarer ones. They are not common. I hope this helps. Robert

Greg, Let me welcome you to the forum as well.
I agree with Robert you have some very nice uncommon tinnies there. The one thing you have to remember when looking at dealers catalogs and websites the prices shown are usually two to three times higher then what the dealer paid for them. What constitutes a fair price is something that has to be decided between you and the owner.

                            Greetings.

I would be interested in making a very serious offer for the Coburg 1929 Tinnie, if I may be so forward. Don't undervalue that one.
