24mm GOLD PARTY BADGE OPINIONS NEEDED

H i everyone,
Any thoughts on this 24mm Gold Party badge.
Everything appears to be correct for a Joseph Fuess badge but with my limited knowedge on these,i would just like to make sure.
Also any chance of any one knowing who this one was issued to,the number being 9316....Thanks Rob

I agree: it appears to be a genuine example of the Fuess-marked GPB. Sorry that my list does not include the original holder of this NSDAP Membership Number. Do let us know if/when you find out any further information.
