          IMO I'd say both are bronze. You can especially tell by the color of the pin assembly at reverse side. The bottom one is just worn more than the top one.

              Darrell! This is two defferent pictures of one same badge

              I think it's bronze. We can see bronze (not gold) color at the both sides of the badge.
