Tieste catalogs it as "Eutin 34-02" (p 269, in the 2-volume set),

Also, "Third Reich Tinnie Collecting" (Cassidy & Alexander) catalogs it as "Youth-HJ-Eutin-1934-1", on page 368. (This is a must-have book, imho)
