The HJ/Japan 1942 meeting badge is a fantasy in my opinion.

If you think out the logistics in 1942, there was no way possible for a Japanese contingent to make a journey to Austria in 1942.

Only two ways to go. Across Russia, or by sea.

Though Russia and Japan were not at war, highly impossible the Russians would give transit to attend a Nazi function.

By sea, the Allies ruled the waves.
