Hey guys,

I just wanted to see if anyone has one of these. I know a lot of this stuff was made but from the quality construction of the piece I'm thinking that it wasn't mass produced. It looks like a makers mark (or jewelers) but I can not make it out.

Anyone have a Colbert-Hyder book they can look it up in for me?
