Initial observation:
It has no maker mark under silver content, so 2nd pattern BO.
(Genuine 2nd pattern BO has 800 silver content stamping, not 900 here.)
The serial no. 309 is way too low.
( Genuine 2nd pattern BO starts around 1600.)Comment
