Cambridger Hütte, Peter and Wendy House, Riezlern, is a hut in the Austrian (Voralberg) Alps.

Thank you very much Gerdan, I knew the house existed, but couldn't find it in maps, I never thought of looking up the road in Riezlern.
Does anyone know why the British flag and the Nazi eagle are together?
I'm thinking 1938 as the Anschluss was then.

Hirschegg medal
Hi - yesterday my sister-in-law gave me the same medal (with black ribbon) found amongst her late father's belongings, could I find out more about it ? So thanks for the info so far, he was a keen skier and possibly went on Oxford (or perhaps Oxford and Cambridge University) trips - he was born in 1919, so it might have been in 1937 or 38. That is making the presumption totally unfounded, that the Cambridger Hutte was connected to the university - perhaps the uni ski club could help, i'll follow that up, Regards, MartinComment
