This one is called "Abzeichen für Wehrmachtgefolge" (=civilian assistance for the Wehrmacht (e.g. workers, artists of front-theaters...).
Looks original from Your pictures (on my mobile phone).

ARMY CIVILIAN BADGE this is at the guild
H062873 CIVILIAN MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES LAPEL BADGE. (Werhmachtgefolge Abzeichen)

BACKGROUND: The German armed forces utilized civilian "members" in a wide variety of functions and on October 1ST 1941 these non-uniformed civilians were authorized wear of a distinctive identifying lapel badge when serving the armed forces in both occupied and collaborating countries. Of Note: Regulations of April 30TH 1936 had already introduced a distinctive identifying lapel pin for optional wear on the left lapel of civilian clothing by all civilian personnel actively employed in the German army or navy. The badge was intended to foster a sense of belonging to the armed forces amongst the civilian employees. The earlier badge was designated for civilian "Employees" while the later badge was designated for civilian "Members", although the distinction between the two is unclear.
