It is 3,9x2,7 cm big.

I don't recall seeing one before but one can put two and two together. Gau Schwaben Ski Championship 1936 held at the ski facilities in Münsingen, in Baden-Württemberg.

Valued by Mr. Tieste at €25 back in 2006.
Although this one looks to have been well polished at some time.
