Good afternoon, I've been offered a small-size GPB with the number 9316 as part of a group, this is way out of my comfort zone ... Is there any way of tracking who this belonged to please ? I don't have photos yet sadly.

It's always nice when you can find the owner before taking the plunge, but unfortunately that is NOT how the hobby works.
If you can afford to purchase one that should be the priority ....I have some that have never been attributed , but it's neither here nor there....just be sure what you are offered is original before exchanging money....sweat the small stuff later.
Good luck on the buy, and be sure you get photos and post them prior to the scoop.

Thanks gentlemen ... the GBP is grouped in with a Fire Cross 1st Class which is within my area of interest. Whether it really is a group or just that they became acquainted some time ago who knows ... I'll have to see if the vendor gets back to me with good photos first anyway.

9316 is not on my list, either. A very early number that was issued to a Party Member who joined the NSDAP in early to mid-July of 1925. I'd love to see some pix!!
