          tinnie

Thanks Ron!! Exactly what I needed to know however, there is one mistake. The tinnie`s from 1932, not 34. Makes a big difference to a collector ( I sure hope its worth more than $15.00)!!!!! (:

Chris, as you know Ron Manion's Four Booklets also included individual appraisals of a Badges scarcity (Volume 2, the rarity Guide is on page 4) one can determine rarity according to price i.e. Your Badge is valued at $15 in Volume 2, which according to the list on page four means the Badge is rated between a 4 and a 5. According to Ron's reference the lowest number represents the most common Tinnies with a 10 appraisal (maximum) been the scarcest.
As you know Ron Manion's Guide was published way back in July 1979 (over three and a half Decades ago) when we were all still young and handsome............well at least I know that I was
Joking aside one can appreciate that prices have increased drastically over the last 36 years.............non the less Chris if your not convinced I am more than happy to cross your palm with $15 for the Badge............seriously though based on Ron Manion's values I would think that the Badge would be worth in excess of $60 in Today's Market place.
            Regards Martin

The tinnie is related to the organization A.N.R.B.:

Arbeitsgemeinschaft nationaler Reichsbahnbeamter und Anwärter (A.N.R.B.) -

an organization of German Nation Railway Civil Servants. They had their first General meeting in

              August 1932 in Dresden.
