New today directly from local town

Hi Chris,

While the badge in note #3 has a fully-developed RZM license number -- M9/162, representing the firm of Ziemer & Söhne, Oberstein (Nahe), there is no RZM logo present. My concern is that the RZM logo came into being earlier than the fully-developed license numbers it issued did, so it strikes me as unusual to see such a number without the logo.
