I am not an expert but I collect long service pins which this appears to be. The logo I think represents the International Harvester company. I have not researched if that US company has a plant or sales unit in Germany however. If it does then your pin was given to an employee who worked for them for 25 years. Being a screwback type which for the most part is no longer used the pin comes from the early '70s for before but post war. I am sure others will chime in. daniel tarr817j

International Harvester 25 years long service. I grew up neqr an IH facility that turned out thousands of Farmall tractors.

I cannot say if it is pre WWII or Post War. International Harvester is an international company.
