Can't seem to find much information on this item. Anybody seen one of these before or know what it is?

As it says on it. Its a donation badge (tinnie) I would imagine for SA Gruppe III/15, where ever that was based. Perhaps the black? background (Berlin?) may help.
It is in Tieste's 2 volume work, with a value of 25 Euro. Though I have not seen it before.
I don't think it belongs in that box.
