    SS-zivilabzeichen Otto Gahr

    Hi everyone,

I was wondering how many people on this forum are member of the Otto Gahr SS-Zivilabzeichen community? So if you got a Gahr please show it here. I believe the record was 4 examples in one collection! Anyone do better? I bought my one and only unnumbered piece in 2010.

    Regards, Wim

Nice Wim but sadly the one that I once had in my collection now resides with another collector.

The record is higher I'm sure and I've had about 5 of them but none currently.

Yes, I'm fickle but I know there is a guy with more than 4.

Rather a "poor" box/case for a prestigious Jeweler Seiler

The type of box those pins are housed in sometimes, had nothing to do with Gahr per se. They were a generic type cases, produced during the period, also used by Gahr, that with a little bit of luck you can still find on ebay for literally few Euros.
Mine had a red cross stickpin in it and cost me 19.95. No, the red cross pin was not made by Gahr.

                              cheers

                              Matt
