Does anybody what this is, and maybe a value.
It looks like brass or bronze and is about 10.6 cm high and has a base with 6 cm.

OK, the "Bird" looks like that, but I was for a long time a Boy Scout, and had a lot of contacts to them, Also collecting the stuff for 30 years, but never saw that Swastika like "Wheel" on any Badge or Publication in my collection.
One of my thoughts was "Lufthansa", but I realy dont know.
