    1923 Gau General

    Could not pass this one up. Few chips to the paint but still retains most of its original features. Either lightly worn or roughly stored- one way or another, it certainly fits in with the rest of my Gau collectables.
    I seriously doubt if I could top sellers pics- and so here it is..

            Jim, your piece is a stunner! Thank you kindly for posting it. I've seen it on another forum someplace but forgot where, I am glad to see it here as well. Not too many of the 23's survived- not that it was a common award back then either but by now it must be one of the rarest pieces out there. And best looking even if I say so myself. Hopefully we can see more of those posted here.
