Seek opinions of Gestapo ID disc

Gents, I picked this disc along with an Arbeitsbuch from a fellow who buys storage lockers. It came with one of the lockers he purchased. On the front side under the eagle is M9/86. The reverse shows some discoloration. I seek the opinions of those more knowledgeable that I. Thanks Rich

Compared to an original, there are many, many differences. These are pretty well made, though, and I believe they were sold through Delta International in the 70s-80s.
