Pre 1933 Tinnies - Recent Acquisitions

I did a bit of research on the SA Treffen Regensburg tinnie. It seems that on May 18, 1930, units of the local SA attended services in the Cathedral of Regensburg, bringing with them their flags and banners. An early demonstration of the slow destruction of the Catholic religion perhaps??

Disconcerting as History now appears to be repeating itself as Catholicism is now yet again been marginalised, even Vilified in Britain and across Europe which even if not from a Christian perspective is a real threat to Democracy, Religious freedoms & civil Liberties.

I have quite a few Third Reich Era Badges (not yet posted) that actually are pro Catholic/Christianity which Feature the Crucifix, yet none of the Badges I have encountered feature the Swastika.
