Cloth eagle help needed.

Another from a collection I recently inherited. Is it possible to confrim what it is and if it is original.

The eagle is Reichsluftschutzbund RLB (National Air Protection League).

I´m no expert for cloth items so I can´t say if it original or not.

This and a silver wire thread version were worn on the lower left sleeve (Some postwar sources say that the wire one was for officers/full members and the grey thread version was for subordinates, but I'm not positive that's correct). Anyway, this example looks pretty good to me.
